For over 30 years, I’ve been in the business of developing people.
My career spans education, leadership, training, and coaching—where I’ve helped individuals build confidence, strengthen communication, and achieve the goals they’ve set for themselves.
In addition to working with students, I’ve held leadership roles, led trainings for staff, and coached individuals both within organizations and beyond—giving me a unique perspective on how people grow and perform in real-world environments.
Today, as a certified Maxwell DISC Consultant, Trainer, and Speaker, I partner with organizations to improve communication, develop stronger leaders, and help teams work more effectively together.
